Trip aboard The Miro
Hello, all in all the trip was very good. Wyn, the bike tech and the second mate was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly.
On the first day we arrived on time as requested and had champagne and cake which was lovely. However there was no lunch. We had a guided walk in Liege and by the time we had dinner it was a long time and we were quite hungry
The descriptions of the daily rides were longer than we expected This was not a problem but not accurate in the descriptions.
Some of the days were long and we did feel a bit rushed to get back to the boat because it was moving on - or we had to go to dinner and then the boat was moving on. Because of this I felt we could not really stop often and enjoy the villages Lunches were often rushed The Miro is a beautiful boat that is lovingly maintained.
I wondered about safety - we were never briefed on safety or even where the life jackets were
