Once confirmed, we require 20% deposit per person plus an optional insurance rate. In case the deposit does not reach our account in time and is still not received after a requested deadline, RAD + REISEN has the right to withdraw from the contract. In that case a cancellation fees will be asserted. Balance payment has to reach our account at the latest 20 days before the tour start without extra request. Tour documents will be given after the settlement of the payment. Please note that wire transfers may take up to 10 days until the money reaches our account! If the total amount is not received in time prior to the tour start a fee of € 25,00 has to be charged. As travel documents are sent by mail, RAD + REISEN - EUROCYCLE is not liable for their timely arrival at the customer’s address. Should tour documents not be received by you at the latest 7 days before a tour’s start please contact RAD + REISEN immediately. For bookings done 20 days before the tour start the full payment is due when your tour is confirmed, travel documents will be sent by Email. If payment is not done in time RAD + REISEN cannot be made responsible for supplying tour documents in time. If payment is done by wire transfer, clients are responsible for all wire transfer fees. The listed prices include all taxes and supplements.
