Beautiful, but dangerous
The tour has an interesting itinerary, beautiful scenery, great hotels, amazing food. Our luggage was transported on time, nothing was lost. Transfers to the monastery and to Palma, the guided tour in Palma were well organized.
Still there are important drawbacks to be addressed.
The description of the Tour profile is misleading: we rode TENS of KM along the busy roads with speed limit of 100, 90 or 70 km, where many times the shoulder was very narrow or did not exist at all. We were lucky with the sunny weather. In case of rain and strong wind it would have been a nightmare, with the heavy trucks and buses sweeping over by our side. We were lucky to finish the tour safely, but this route scrims for an accident.
The route description was outdated and did not reflect the real roads. The signage was sporadic, mostly absent in the important intersections, but showing when there were no other options, once the sign was pointing in the wrong direction, sometimes the signs were hard to notice under the tree leaves. Several different couples from Germany and England following the same route complained about the same issues.
The electric bikes were great. Unfortunately, I got a defective one, with the rear brake not working properly. The company dealt with the problem in not the best way. They operate with no backup. The first bike I was offered for replacement was also defective. I had to spend the precious time dealing with the defective bike (riding to a nearby bike shop) instead of enjoying swimming in the sea.

local agency is already in the process of adapting the
routing, as several construction sites line the island,
and will redesign all routes over the fall.
