You’ll enjoy a leisurely ride along former railway lines, through quiet forests and rolling valleys, before discovering the medieval splendor of Girona. At the end of your journey, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea awaits you with the fine sandy beaches of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. A perfect combination of nature, culture and Mediterranean ease – ideal for connoisseurs, active vacationers and anyone who wants to discover Catalonia away from the tourist crowds.

You will begin your journey on idyllic paths and quiet country roads that will take you deep into La Garrotxa Natural Park. There you will discover the fascinating volcanic landscape of this unique region, whose extinct craters, rolling hills, and lush forests create an almost mystical atmosphere.
Today, you will follow the famous “Carrilet” cycle path, which runs along a former railway line. The route descends gently and takes you through shady, densely wooded landscapes. Surrounded by wide valleys and the imposing silhouettes of the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy a relaxed ride on one of the most beautiful cycle routes in Catalonia.
On this day, you will once again cycle along the old railway line – perfect for enjoying the surroundings at your leisure. Your destination is Girona, where you will have plenty of time to explore the enchanting old town. Stroll through medieval alleys, marvel at the impressive cathedral, and let yourself be captivated by the historic flair of the city.
This is the longest stage of your journey, but every turn of the pedals will be rewarded. At the end of the day, you will reach the beautiful beaches of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The clear, turquoise water and fine white sand welcome you to the Mediterranean. A perfect moment to stretch your legs and reflect on the journey.

If you perhaps had little opportunity to cycle in the last weeks before the bike tour, if you are not quite sure of your strength, but also if you have physical limitations, every bike tour will be a pleasure for you! So now even cyclists with different fitness levels can book a tour together.
